If your customers have any issues with their PC Softphone not functioning, please advise them to upgrade by going to the Hosted Services portal App Gallery under the ‘Support’ tab. Select ‘Software’ and then click ‘GET IT NOW’ on the Softphone panel.

We’re excited to share our newest feature: the ability to send and receive business text messages on the OfficeSuite UC® White Label Desktop and Mobile app. 
Now available: Loop vendor name with DIA and MPLS quotes
You can now view the name of the underlying loop provider on layer 3 services quotes (DIA and MPLS) in our Customer Portal Tool (CPT), giving you added visibility and control to improve your end users’ solutions and experience.

This enhancement is in addition to the recently released functionality that enables you to exclude specific loop providers on individual quotes.

WOL integration into CPT
In our ongoing efforts to improve your experience, we’re integrating the WOL (Windstream Online) portal into CPT (Customer Portal Tool) this summer. Upon completion, CPT will provide resale partners more end-to-end, self-service capabilities such as trouble ticketing and Windstream RevChain 8 bill view. This change will enable you to leverage a single portal for virtually all your service needs. 

You’ll be hearing more from us in the weeks and months ahead. While we’ve taken an extensive approach to ensure CPT maintains the vital functionality used in WOL today, please share any key capabilities and reports you use in WOL with your Windstream Enterprise Resale account team, so we can continue to meet your needs.
Now available: Chat Pop-up in the Desktop App 
In addition to the OfficeSuite UC® White Label Hosted Services Portal, Chat Pop-up is now available in the Desktop App. 

In the Menu, go to the ‘Support’ tab and then to the ‘Software’ tab where you can download from the panel shown below. Once completed, you will be able to enjoy the convenience and ease of chat notifications.
