Important software upgrade for SD-WAN customers
We’ll soon upgrade to the most current version of software available for SD-WAN Gateways, Orchestrators and Edge Devices. Our resale partners will be contacted soon with detailed instructions on how to update software for your customers’ edge devices.
An updated configuration guide—replacing the existing document your technical experts use to configure your customers’ edge devices—will be distributed shortly with the latest standards.

Now available—OfficeSuite PC and Mobile Softphone ordering
Another self-service “buy” capability—PC and Mobile Softphones—can now be purchased directly from our portal.
To purchase Softphones via the partner portal, go to:
Menu > Phone System > Hosted Services Licenses
On the Hosted Services Licenses page, click the Buy button to the right of Mobile Softphones and/or PC Softphones.
- If the tenant doesn’t have Softphones, the screen below will be displayed.
- Click on Buy Softphone Licenses to continue.
- If the tenant has Softphones, the screen below will be displayed.
- Select the specific individual who will get the Softphone or licenses will be designated as ‘Unassigned’.
- If licenses are designated as ‘Unassigned’, the activation email can be forwarded to the intended end user.
- Additional Softphones may be ordered by clicking the + in front of Add another Softphone User.

Ordering SD-WAN MACs via CPT
In addition to quoting and ordering SD-WAN via our Carrier Portal Tool (CPT), you’ll soon be able to submit adds, disconnects and change orders.
The first ability in CPT will be adding IP addresses for your end users. Quickly following this enhancement will be disconnects and placing change orders on behalf of your SD-WAN customers.
