Here are some notable achievements—all while serving the needs of our customers and partners as they shifted to a remote work environment and created their own successes along the way:
Launched an industry-leading WE Connect Partners portal
Rolled-out a Channel Integration program nationwide to expand our combined sales capabilities and generate higher-yield deals
Offered the most competitive SPIFFs and incentives in our program history
Released numerous product enhancements, including expanding OfficeSuite UC® into Canada, and adding Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa to our SD-WAN solution and Concierge-level service to our Fortinet offering
Named in the November 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for UCaaS (for the second consecutive year)
And expected before the end of the year... expanded quoting capabilities with same-day turnaround for access, OfficeSuite UC and SD-WAN, as well as published pricing for new logo OTT services
I am in the fortunate position to steer the Windstream Enterprise channel program into 2021 and can’t wait for our partner community to experience all the great things we have planned.
