Windstream Enterprise is committed to positioning your business to win by offering comprehensive, industry-leading solutions to your customers. This commitment involves the introduction of new products and services, and at times the removal of others.

In an effort to simplify our portfolio and streamline operational resources, effective immediately, Windstream Enterprise is capping new logo sales of the Avaya xCaaS product suite. This includes all Avaya Aura UC, Avaya Contact Center Elite and ancillary services like Swampfox IVR and Calabrio WFO/WFM.

Over the last 30 years, Windstream Enterprise has had a long and successful partnership with Avaya, collaborating to deliver unique solutions to the enterprise market. This difficult decision was not a reflection of the quality of the product or our relationship with Avaya. We believe this service consolidation will allow us to align sales and operational resources toward the mid-market segment, where Windstream Enterprise is most effective.

Windstream Enterprise is confident in our go-forward UC/CC solution set of OfficeSuite UC® and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), powered by Talkdesk. Our strategic solutions have the scalability, feature functionality and self-management capabilities necessary to remain competitive in the market.

Any outstanding new logo Avaya xCaaS sales quotes need to be rescinded and reworked as either OfficeSuite UC or CCaaS depending upon customer requirements. All MAC activity for existing Avaya Aura UC customers, including adding new seats and locations, will be supported through the remainder of their contract terms.

Windstream Enterprise will continue to provide all support and platform maintenance. We will also allow contract renewals for existing Avaya Aura customers, although first preference is to convert them to OfficeSuite UC if the customer’s requirements can be met with that platform. At this time, there is no plan to force-migrate existing customers or shut down the Avaya Aura platform hosted by Windstream Enterprise.
